Accomplishments: Was a corporal in the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force (JCCF) before Amherst College. Won a scholarship to the UK in 2007 (Where I was forced to live without Track for 2 years and did Rugby, 9 hour hikes and runs instead). I currently serving as one of the captains of the ACTF.

Interests: Running,Swimming, Art,Mountain Climbing, Fishing ,Watching movies, range shooting and target practice

Something random: I ran a 10k once while carrying a stretcher with 5 other boys and a bear strapped on top
