A few people at the entrances giving out raffle tickets and taking down names of people who want to be in the competition. (Having people sign up as they enter will be less chaotic than just inviting anyone to the court at halftime.) Spectators have to buy tickets to the game, so we can just set up there. We need a signup sheet and someone should probably make a sign. We can have a few posters on display, too.

At halftime, we need to be organized and efficient. As soon as the actual basketball players come out of the locker rooms we need to be off the court.
-
Someone energetic can get on the microphone and explain what is going on.
-
Someone else can check off people from the sign-up list as they shoot and record if they make their shot. If there are a lot of people we could do both ends of the court, but we will need someone to record on the second end of the court. To make things easier, when people sign up we can tell them which end of the court they will be shooting on. Everyone shooting at the end by the scoreboard will be on one sign up sheet and shooters at the other end will be on another sign up sheet.

A few people should be available to rebound the ball to the next shooter.
