Jules Ties for Fifth, Jeffs Sixth at NESCAC Men's Golf Championships

WILLIAMSTOWN, MA - Amherst College junior Sean Jules (Chicago, IL) fired a two-day total of 76-75-151, tying for fifth individually, and leading the Amherst men's golf team to a sixth-place finish at the NESCAC Championships, hosted by Williams College over the weekend. The Jeffs posted their best two-day score of the season, tallying a 321-319-640.
Amherst rookie Glenn Wong (Leverett, MA) tied for 31st with a two-day total of 82-80-162, while sophomore Jesse Corradi (Cold Spring, NY) tied for 35th with an 83-80-163. Senior Andy Bruns (Eaton, OH) and classmate Keith Zalaski (Simsbury, CT) rounded out the scoring for Amherst, shooting two-day totals of 80-84-164 and 90-91-181 to tie for 41st and 56th, respectively.
Williams topped the field with a 307-304-611, while Trinity College 's George Boudria captured medalist honors with a two-day score of 78-69-147.
Amherst returns to action Sunday, Oct. 9 at the Williams Invitational.
