ITHACA, NY - The 10th-ranked Amherst College women’s squash team dropped to 3-3 with its third straight loss on Friday, a narrow 5-4 defeat at 11th-ranked Cornell University (2-3). Senior co-captains Ashley Harmeling (N. Reading, MA) and Ali Gibbs (Greenwich, CT), rookie Libby Martin (St. Louis, MO) and sophomore Abby Mantica (Binghamton, NY) each posted match wins for the visiting Jeffs, who return to action Tuesday at 7 p.m. against visiting Smith College.
