Head Coach Peter Robson

Peter Robson returns for his 16th season as head coach of the nationally-ranked Lord Jeffs with over 170 wins to his credit and a wealth of experience in national and international squash. Before coming to Amherst, Robson served as the squash professional at the Heights Casino Club in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he was instrumental in developing one of the strongest junior squash programs in the nation, fielding upwards of 50 nationally ranked players each year. He is also certified by both the Canadian Squash Racket and Professional Squash Associations and serves as the Director of the International Squash "Centre for Excellence." In the off-season, Robson mentors the highly successful Amherst men's tennis team, coaching his squads to the NCAA Tournament in 10 of the last 13 seasons, capturing four consecutive NESCAC Championships (1990-93) and five straight Little Three titles (1990-94) along the way.
