Jeffs 14th at Williams Invitational

WILLIAMSTOWN, MA - The Amherst College men’s golf team shot a 327 and finished tied for 14th overall at the Williams Invitational, hosted by Williams College at the Taconic Golf Course over the weekend. Senior captain Justin Sharaf (Danvers, MA) led the Jeffs with a round of 39-40-79, good for 26th place, while the University of Rochester took home the team title with a score of 303.

Sophomore Sean Jules (Chicago, IL) tied for 46th, firing a 42-39-81, while junior Keith Zalaski (Simsbury, CT) posted a 38-45-83. Junior David Litt (Bethesda, MD) and sophomore Andrew Bruns (Eaton, OH) rounded out the Jeffs’ top five shooting 41-43-84 and 42-46-88, respectively.

Amherst returns to action this weekend at the Duke Nelson Invitational, hosted by Middlebury College.
