Jeffs Falter at Williams, 6-1

WILLIAMSTOWN, MA - The Amherst College men’s tennis team saw a three-match winning streak fall by the wayside with a 6-1 loss at archrival Williams College on Saturday. Sophomore Josh Rilla (Westboro, MA) posted the lone singles win for the Jeffs, downing Williams No. 1 Andrew Murray 6-3, 6-2. Amherst dropped to 5-4, while Williams upped its record to 7-5.
Amherst returns to action tomorrow (Sunday) at 11 a.m. against visiting New York University.
