RIT Defeats Amherst 9-4

AMHERST, Massachusetts -- RIT scored five times in the second period to come from behind and take a commanding lead toward a 9-4 win. Amherst scored twice late in the first to take a 2-1 lead into the break, but the Tiger slapshot put RIT back in the lead.

RIT finishes the weekend with a 10-4-1 record after defeating Williams 3-0 last night. Amherst falls to a 3-13-1 mark as the Jeffs prepare to meet Williams for the second time this season on Wednesday.
