The first, and most obvious, method of destruction suggested by our friendly local construction workers was a big frickin truck.

To our surprise, other than being slightly dent, the drive didn't take too much damage from the truck's massive tires. We figured that the ridging on the tires didn't allow for enough weight to be put on the hard drive. That's when they suggested another truck feature...

The outrigger had a flat surface and was able to put much more pressure on the drive than the truck's tires. It was much more effective...
Results

While not as pretty as the core drill or wet saw tests--it was the only one to shatter the platters, thereby earning it a perfect rating.
