Important Information:

Rollaway cots or cribs are available for $15 per night. Extra person (3rd & 4th person in room) is $10 per person per night. Children under 12 may stay at no additional charge. All rooms are subject to 9.7% Massachusetts State and local tax. The Inn does accept pets in some select room types. You must contact reservations to check availability of these limited rooms prior to arrival. The fee is $15 per night. Weekend stays are subject to a two night minimum stay policy April - October. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or cash deposit. If your plans change, we must receive notice of cancellation 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reservations for which we do not receive proper cancellation will be charged a penalty equal to one nights room rate and tax. Reservations can be made in advance one year to the date - some restrictions apply. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or after, and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check outs may incur additional fees, and must be prearranged and confirmed. Please call for details.
