I am interested in using this part of the web site to present some of the work on computer visualization that I have been doing in the past year. My goal is to use these techniques to present results on the web and as an aid to teaching undergraduate courses. I am noe in the process of collecting the data and putting it in the web, but please fell free to go in and explore the Math Media Site.
The Holy Grail is a 3 dimensional semi algebraic surface that represents a cross sectionof the five dimensional space of real homogeneous quartics:
f(x, y) = ax4 + b x3y + c x2y2 + d xy3 + e y4.
My field of research in Mathematics is Complex Hyperbolic Geometry., But I am also interested in Riemann surfaces, moduli spaces of Riemann surfaces, Teichmuller space, hyperbolic geometry (real) and combinatorial group theory. My papers are the following.
