What is the "Check by Phone" service?
Check by Phone allows anyone with a checking account to deposit money
into an AC DOLLAR$ account over the phone!
Just call 1-866 654-2439 and follow the voice prompts.
What do I need to do?

You will need the following information to process a Check by Phone deposit: |

- Your bank's 9 digit routing number.
- Your bank account number.
|
|
|
| |
- Your favorite student's 7 digit ID number. *
|
|
|
* also referred to as "account number" on the student's billing statement.
|
|
| How fast will my student receive the money I send? |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
The office of the Comptroller will process these payments within approximately two business days. Please note that if this payment requires immediate attention then it is best to contact the Comptroller's Office during business hours and let them know that you have just made a deposit so that your student's ACDOLLAR$ account is credited as quickly as possible. |

A $2.00 convenience fee will automatically be added to the transaction. |
