Fencing
Purpose
The Amherst College Fencing Club is a student run organization for students interested in learning and competing in the sport of fencing. No prior experience in fencing is required as the Club is dedicated to teaching new members and guiding them through the competition process. We are committed to the general promotion of fencing in the Valley and have thus maintained strong relations with other fencing clubs in the area. Furthermore, besides collegiate competitions, the Club is deeply interested in USFA tournaments to ensure the general recognition of our club throughout the fencing community.
